What is Reiki used to treat?
Reiki is said to help with a wide range of health conditions, including insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and pain. Reiki helps your body return to a state of relaxation so it is able to heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease.
What is Reiki and how does it work?
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
REIKI Level 1 CERTIFICATION COURSE
I teach Reiki 1 in a very relaxed way, I offer groups or one to one training courses. I also offer Reiki level 1 online. You’ll attend one full day of live training for healing, practice, and attunement in Throckley (North East of England) or over zoom.
My Reiki 1 Course provides an experience that will awaken your own healing abilities. This course will help you reconnect with your soul and intuition.
You will be attuned to the frequency of your soul, connecting to the energy of Reiki. There are four attunements shared to activate an awareness of Reiki while awakening your soul on a deep level. This course is tailored for beginners - whether you’ve never had a Reiki session before or you are looking to repeat your Reiki level 1 again.
Although this course is about you and your self-healing journey, the course will include practical sessions so you can feel comfortable working with friends and family. This is a very grounding spiritual experience that I offer support throughout, and after completion, you will have free access to my private group called Reiki Angels.
I will be on hand for any questions, or support you may need, you will also be able to connect with others who have embarked on their Reiki Journey. I will also be organizing Reiki energy shares, to enable us to come together and share this beautiful Reiki energy. You will have beautiful support to lean on whenever you need it.

REIKI Level 2 CERTIFICATION COURSE
Students need to of completed Reiki level 1 and have worked on their own self-healing, I usually ask that you wait at least 3 months before starting your Reiki level 2.
This is a one-day training course. You will receive Reiki level 2 attunement and learn three of the four Reiki Symbols. This level explores Oneness and we learn to send healing energy anywhere, regardless of limitations in time & space. Reiki is truly the limitless energy of All That Is.
This training will cover, how to send a remote healing treatment, sending Reiki for global healing. How to run a professional Reiki Practice, with advice about how to market and set up your business, you will receive all the information from how I set up my practice.
We will connect to the Reiki Symbols and how we use them in our healing session. We will also cover how I do my Reiki sessions with my clients; I will pass on any information that I have gathered over the years to help you set up your own business.

In Japan, the Reiki 2 Course is called Okuden, the inner or hidden teachings. Reiki 2 welcomes us into the inner / hidden dimension within ourselves. This course deepens your connection to Reiki and provides a toolbox full of creative uses while providing you with all the guidance to set up your own successful practice. Upon completion of Reiki 2, you will be able to have insurance, open a Reiki Practice, and volunteer within charities and hospices

REIKI MASTER/TEACHER
CERTIFICATION COURSE LEVEL 3
Becoming a Reiki Master is a lifelong journey. This step reveals a deep connection to Reiki as a spiritual practice. Our focus is awakening to the True Self, the great light within. Although most will not go on to teach, this level is for the committed Practitioner to receive both the energy & knowledge of how to attune others to the Reiki energy, and provides all of the practical guidance to begin teaching
In my Reiki Master/Teacher Course you will be attuned to the Reiki Master symbol.
You can run your own Reiki courses after the two days course.
You will learn how to pass attunements for Reiki 1, 2, and Master Levels and how to teach all levels of Reiki.
Day 1: Reiki Master Practitioner Degree
The Master attunement opens you up to the full flow of Reiki Energy. You will learn the Master symbol, which can be used to enhance your own energy and the healing process. Includes attunement, instruction, practice, mentoring, manual and certificate.

Day 2: Reiki Teacher Degree
This degree enables you to teach and attune others to all Usui Reiki degrees.
