Pre-Booking Tips 

Please note the following Hints and Tips are relevant to those customers using Zoom. In-person readings are currently unavailable due to Covid-19  restrictions relating to work.

To make the most of your session, it’s highly beneficial for you to be fully relaxed, sitting or lying down in a place where you are comfortable and unlikely to be disturbed.

We recommend you follow our step-by-step guide to help you relax, open your mind, raise your energy and enable us to connect for your reading.

30 minutes before your session:
  • Make yourself a drink, visit the loo and switch off your phone (if you won’t be using it for your Zoom call).

  • If you would like to make notes during your reading, please find some paper and a pen to bring with you.

  • Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed for the duration of your session.

  • Make sure the device you will be using for your Zoom call is fully charged/ plugged in. You can now dial into the Zoom call – I will let you in at your allocated time.

  • Make sure you are as comfortable as possible, (not too hot or too cold) and that you are able to fully relax, (either sitting comfortably or lying down) and able to engage in your session for the full duration.​

10 minutes before your session:
  • To enable you to feel fully relaxed and to prepare for the beginning of your session, make sure you are sitting or lying comfortably and close your eyes.

  • With your eyes closed, listen to your breathing for 5 breaths.

  • Then, take a slow deep breath through your nose and hold for 4 seconds.

  • After 4 seconds, take a slow out-breath (like a slow, deep sigh) through your mouth.

  • Repeat this deep breathing exercise (in through your nose and out through your mouth) 5 times.

  • When you have finished the deep breathing exercise, open your eyes when you are ready. You should now feel comfortable and relaxed.

To start off your session:
  • You will already have dialled into the Zoom call and will be waiting for me to let you in. I’ll pick up the Zoom call with you at the allocated time of your session.


Important Points:

*Please note, I do not record any of my readings with customers. All readings I give are in confidence. However, if you wish to record the session, please let me know at the beginning of your appointment as all materials are copyright protected and full permission must be granted before any such use.

**If either of us feels we are not connecting during the first 10 minutes of the session, we will stop the session and you will be entitled to a full refund.


***Please be aware, I am unable to carry out readings with customers experiencing acute mental health issues; or who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You must also be 18 or over to book an appointment.

Hints & Tips
  • What happens if I want to cancel my one-to-one appointment or group booking?
    Please notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time. You can do this via your on-line account at
  • Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my one-to-one appointment or group booking?
    If you cancel your one-to-one appointment or group booking via your online account at within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation falls outside the 24 hour alloted time period, you will be charged at the full rate. However, you will be eligible to Re-book at 50% discount.
  • How do I reschedule my one-to-one or group booking?
    Please reschedule your one-to-one or group booking via your on-line account at
  • What happens if I miss the reschedule deadline?
    If you do not reschedule your one-to-one appointment or group booking within the 24 hour alloted period, you will still be charged at the full rate. However, you will be eligible to Re-book at a 50% discount.
