Bookings & Refund's Policy 

The following terms and conditions are in place to provide a smooth and effective booking process for you, myself and other clients.

BOOKING POLICY

All bookings are taken via the website and full payment is taken at the time of booking. To manage your bookings, re-scheduled appointments and cancellations, please register for an Online Account via our website atwww.lisa-langford-medium.co.uk

Payments are made via PayPal. (You will need to register for a PayPal account if you do not already have one). Or, pay as a Guest User (as a Guest User, no personal information is retained via PayPal as no account is created).

PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and EnRoute.

 

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for all one-to-one and group bookings. If you cancel within this time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations cannot be refunded after the allotted 24 hour notice period, however, those who do cancel after this time will be eligible to re-book at a 50% discount. Please contact us for further details.

  • What happens if I want to cancel my one-to-one appointment or group booking?
    Please notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time. You can do this via your on-line account at www.lisa-langford-medium.co.uk
  • Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my one-to-one appointment or group booking?
    If you cancel your one-to-one appointment or group booking via your online account at www.lisa-langford-medium.co.uk within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, you will receive a full refund. If your cancellation falls outside the 24 hour alloted time period, you will be charged at the full rate. However, you will be eligible to Re-book at 50% discount.
  • How do I reschedule my one-to-one or group booking?
    Please reschedule your one-to-one or group booking via your on-line account at www.lisa-langford-medium.co.uk
  • What happens if I miss the reschedule deadline?
    If you do not reschedule your one-to-one appointment or group booking within the 24 hour alloted period, you will still be charged at the full rate. However, you will be eligible to Re-book at a 50% discount.
