BOOKING POLICY

All bookings are taken via the website and full payment is taken at the time of booking. To manage your bookings, re-scheduled appointments and cancellations, please register for an Online Account via our website atwww.lisa-langford-medium.co.uk

Payments are made via PayPal. (You will need to register for a PayPal account if you do not already have one). Or, pay as a Guest User (as a Guest User, no personal information is retained via PayPal as no account is created).

PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and EnRoute.

 

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for all one-to-one and group bookings. If you cancel within this time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations cannot be refunded after the allotted 24 hour notice period, however, those who do cancel after this time will be eligible to re-book at a 50% discount.
