What is Reiki used to treat? Reiki is said to help with a wide range of health conditions, including insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and pain. Reiki helps your body return to a state of relaxation, so it is able to heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. What is Reiki and how does it work? Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. What can I expect from my Reiki Treatment? I will typically give Reiki treatment in a peaceful, private setting. However, the treatment can take place anywhere. During a session, the client will sit in a comfortable chair or lie on a table, fully clothed. I will then place my hands lightly on or over specific areas of the client’s head, limbs and torso. I will typically keep my hands in these positions for 3-10 minutes. If there is a particular injury, such as a burn, I will hold my hands just above the wound. While I hold my hands lightly on or over the body, an energy transfer takes place. During this time, my hands may feel warm. I will hold each hand position until I sense that the energy has stopped flowing. When I feel that the heat, or energy, in my hands has gone, I will remove my hands and place them over a different body area.

BOOKING POLICY: All bookings are taken via the website and full payment is taken at the time of booking. Or, pay as a Guest User (as a Guest User, no personal information is retained via PayPal as no account is created). PayPal supports a large number of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club and EnRoute. Refund/ Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for all one-to-one and group bookings. If you cancel within this time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations cannot be refunded after the allotted 24-hour notice period, however, those who do cancel after this time will be eligible to re-book at a 50% discount.
